Connections
A connection links two businesses, usually a manufacturer and a distributor. You can manage your connections from the Network page.
What a manufacturer sees
A manufacturer sees stock of its own products at each connected distributor and location, plus orders and transfers with that distributor. It does not see other brands' stock or the distributor's selling prices.
What a distributor sees
A distributor sees which of the manufacturer's products are available to order, its own prices and orders, new and discontinued products, and recall notices. It never sees other distributors' stock or terms.
Changing visibility
Visibility is set per connection. Either side can ask for more access; the other side approves or declines. Some access levels need a paid plan.
