B2B marketplace for industrial supply
Know where your stock is. Sell it where it's needed.
OmniDepo connects manufacturers, distributors and buyers on one shared catalog and one stock ledger. Track stock at every location, invite the distributors you already work with, and answer tenders with the stock you actually hold.
Built for every side of the trade
One platform, three roles. A business can be a manufacturer and a distributor at the same time.
Manufacturers
Distributors
Buyers
Why businesses join OmniDepo
Your stock stays yours
Stock stays in your own warehouse. You list it, quote against demand and ship from your own premises.
You choose what others see
Share stock status, bands or exact figures per connection. Distributors never see each other's stock or prices.
Demand you can act on
Tender lines arrive matched to products you carry, so you quote what you can supply.
Paperwork from one order
Purchase orders, invoices and delivery challans are generated from the order, with GST details filled in.
How it works
Sign up
Create an account and tell us whether you manufacture, distribute, buy, or more than one.
Add your catalog and stock
Import your products and record stock at each location. Matching links your items to the shared catalog.
Connect your network
Invite the distributors, manufacturers and buyers you already trade with, and choose what each one can see.
Trade and fulfil
Take orders and tender lines, ship against each purchase order, and follow payment status in one place.
What's inside
Stock ledger
Stock is held per product and per location. Every change is a recorded movement with a reason, a quantity, a user and a time, so counts can be traced.
Distributor network
Manufacturers invite distributors with a free portal login. Each link has its own visibility setting, and a distributor linked to two manufacturers sees both catalogs in one account.
Shared catalog
One product record per real-world item, matched by SKU, MPN, barcode or model code. Distributors keep their own price and can override titles and images.
Tenders and split POs
A buyer's tender line is matched to every seller holding the same product. Quantity is split across sellers, with one purchase order each.
Shipping
Each purchase order ships on its own, with GST documents and tracking, so a split order still reads as one order for the buyer.
Plans
Start free and move up as your business grows. Current pricing is shown when you sign up.
Free
Buyers raising public tenders, and distributors invited by a manufacturer.
Starter
Manufacturers and sellers setting up their catalog and first connections.
Growth
Growing networks that need more stock visibility and tender reach.
Store
Distributors who want their own storefront and to sell to buyers directly.
Pro
Larger teams with several locations and more complex needs.
Bring your network with you
Invite the manufacturers, distributors and buyers you already trade with. When an invited business joins and verifies its account, referral promotions run by OmniDepo can add plan credit to your account.
Frequently asked questions
Who can join?
Manufacturers, distributors, traders and buyers in industrial supply. One business can hold more than one role, for example a manufacturer that also distributes other brands.
Do I have to move my stock?
No. Stock stays in your warehouse. You record it on OmniDepo, quote against demand and ship from your own premises.
Can other distributors see my stock or prices?
No. Distributors never see each other's stock, prices or terms. A manufacturer sees stock of its own products only, at the level you agree for that connection.
How does a split purchase order work?
When a tender line needs more than one seller, OmniDepo splits the quantity and issues a separate purchase order to each seller. The buyer still sees one order with the status of each part.
What does it cost?
There is a free plan. Paid plans are Starter, Growth, Store and Pro. Current prices are shown when you sign up and in your account settings.
Which languages are supported?
This site is available in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Chinese, Russian, Tamil and Telugu. Help articles are in English for now.
